Return or Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, your items must meet the following criteria:

  • Physical Products: Must be in the same condition as when you received them, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Requests must be made within one week of receiving the product.
  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept refund requests for these items.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return or Refund

To start a return or request a refund, contact us at info@nursenessa.com.

We aim to respond within 24 hours. If your return or refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return confirmation along with detailed instructions on how to proceed within 1 working day. Physical items should be returned according to the instructions provided. Refunds will be processed upon verification that physical items have been returned in their original condition. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, shipping in cases of refund is not covered (there will be a $10 restocking fee)

Orders can't be cancelled once the tracking number is provided, you will have to wait to receive the product and then start the return.

We recommend contacting us via email before initiating a return or refund as stock levels may vary. We will thoroughly handle your case to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

For orders that include both the digital and hard copy versions, the hard copy refund will only be processed once the item is returned with unused condition. If you used a discount offer, your refund will be calculated based on the full price of the digital/hard copy version ($69)/($99). This means you will not be refunded at the discounted bundle price, but rather only up to the digital/hard copy version cost.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For physical items, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 24 hours.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item or reviewed your digital product refund request, and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 24 hours of our receipt or decision.

Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
